      Pros

      Your schedule tends to be steady. Hours are fairly regular, some overtime needed. Pretty good work life balance. I think the pay is good for the industry.

      Cons

      Stress is my biggest issue. It can be very stressful and there is often a feeling like you can never get on top of your work load.
