      You'll never do enough for this company!

      Cons

      Nepotism, favoritism, harassment is available in all forms, especially psychological/sexual. You can get ahead if your boss likes you and you make them look good. But you better drink that Kool-Aid or you'll be shunned. Most of the people at the top are friends, it's been like that for 15+ years. CEO is clueless and more worried about fitting into a racing car than managing his company. "People First" is what they think employees want to hear so they'll keep working like machines to run this "extra-lean" company. The only thing managers care about is revenue and productivity. HR is absolutely clueless when it comes to taking actual care of people. Watched someone be harassed and traumatized by their boss over multiple years and they blamed the victim instead of helping them. Horrible company, stay away.

      Pros

      Steady paycheck, and the ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Leadership is untrustworthy and not transparent despite them saying that they are. Im actively looking for a new job- pretty sure layoffs are coming down the pipe again.
