Success is continuously undermined by whimsical changes of strategy / process/ budget / reporting structure. If you find yourself in the unfortunate circumstance of having to work for this despotic tyrant, be comfortable with unachievable success. Positive contributions by staff members are continually unrecognized and belittled to appease unspecified demands.
