Pros
Great Compensation and benefits. Hybrid work environment
Cons
Management needs to do some self reflection on what we need to tackle all the work we have and what's really stopping us from keeping up with work. They are quick to blame, gossip about, and demean their workers without offering any assistance or solutions to them. Although we are hybrid they do try and do a lot to force people in on as many days as possible outside of what's asked and do things to punish those that can't make it in such as making important meetings in office only when we have many teams hybrid meetings. We are heavily backlogged but they have many trainings on repetitive information that are mandatory to attend whether you are tenured/an expert at the product or new whereas this was once optional in the past. I feel like I have to beg to be allowed to just work on what I was hired to do. The atmosphere is very school like with all these mandatory classes and follow up homework but they will put pressure on you to never let your work fall when you're overwhelmed. They say not to work past your end time but they know by pressuring people they will work late to make up for things and sometimes suggest it so you can "look good".
