Pros

Work from home since there is no office

Cons

1) Extreme micro management 2) No respect for employees personal time even expected to work on week ends. 3) Crappy Training 4) Sallaries never paid on time. 5) Whole management team has no idea or exposure to the the Canadian work culture 6) They use you till you burn out and then replace you 7) They over hire and overcrowd the market and reduce the staff by 50% once their presence is felt. 8) Unrealistic expectations with out industry knowledge 9)Harassed by managers even at 11pm with constant texts and emails . Worst work environment ever. Don't waste your time .They will keep you for 2 months and fire you as soon as you are successful in your territory Managers are involved in a lot of internal politics and will sacrifice thier sales team's over and over to save thier jobs.

Pros

Plenty of opportunities to work on real-world machine learning problems, exposure to large-scale data, supportive colleagues, fast-paced culture that encourages growth and continuous learning.

Cons

Work-life balance can be challenging at times due to tight deadlines, rapid changes in priorities, and the need to adapt quickly in a high-pressure startup-like environment.
