Pros

Team mates are nice, you learn a lot and leads/supervisors care for their team.

Cons

This company does not care for their employees. They make you move from another country with a "permanent contract" just for telling you that is a temporary job 2 weeks before laying you off with the chance to stay in the country doing freelance (because the work permit is attached to them so you can't work for nobody else). While you worked only for 4 months and invest money in moving you realize that you will never recover that because the pay is so low you can't even save money. Even with experience behind they will treat you as new in the business by making you feel that you should do overtime even tho you accomplish your tasks on time, this by expecting that you should make the choice of doing it and if not, they will not like you. Thats the reason you only work with people who are recently graduated, they are new and scared and do whatever it takes to not be rejected by the company. Those who have being in there a long time have this fear of being layoff any time, so yeah, how do the company expect to anyone feel part of a team if they are only looking for modern slaves? Depression and anxiety is present every single hour in the work area. Nobody wants to talk loud because they feel afraid. People quit every month. Employees unionized, that just simply says everything. A horrible experience. Please think about your economic situation and mental heatlh before thinking on working here.

Pros

Its to land a first job in animation there.

Salaries are abysmal, management is corporate and cold and doesn’t care about artists, bad working conditions with unpaid overtime and tight deadlines, Business model is built on exploiting young artists and treat them as disposable.
