      Pros

      Got to work in the outdoors, accommodations were provided for minimal cost. Pay was reasonable.

      Cons

      Needed to work beyond regular work hours to get the amount of work done. Minimal support given from upper management and main office staff. Overall the discovery program needs to be updated and given realistic objectives and metrics to measure success, it seemed like the goal posts were always moving.

      Outdoor work. Team environment. Numerous learning opportunities. Positive workplace.

      Cons

      Tough to get any time off during contract. No extra pay on public holidays in student position. Contracts may be short.
