      Competitive benefit package, weekends off.

      Cons

      It's a call centre with high expectations and lower than average pay. Non stop call volume that leaves no room to breathe, unrealistic call expectations and entitled members of the education community make burn out happen here very fast.

      Amazing company with great management

      Since there has been a change in the recruiting team, it is almost impossible to apply for internal positions. Despite being referred to many vacancies, no contact for interviews, updates on status of application, etc. Old recruiters would schedule interviews, update status on site, as well as follow up to advise if position was filled, etc.
