- Most people are great co-workers and friendly. - Conveniently located. - Potentially interesting work.
Cons
- Little to no experience by local office management. - Over all, mediocre to low experience level. - 50 cooks - 1 patron (too many cooks , and they only know how to boil water) - Massive waste of time going round in circles. (very frustrating) - Ultra woke HR - based in USA completely disconnected with Montreal office. - Very USA based style management. (all about the $$) - Wide cultural differences. (Minnesota - Montreal) - Massive turnaround (wonder why?) - Long hours without breaks.
