We would like to clarify a few points raised in your review. Decisions related to staffing and promotions are based on performance, the ability to continuously learn and enhance one’s skillset, and the needs of the business. We take fairness and equity seriously, and we regularly evaluate our processes to ensure they are consistent and unbiased. Multiple individuals review promotion decisions; they are never at the sole discretion of a single individual.
Regarding changes within the team, we understand that transitions or departures are incredibly difficult. When people changes are made, it is done with great consideration. When required, these decisions are driven by long-term goals for stability, operational efficiency, and support for both employees and residents. Employees who we have exited from the organization have all been given ample coaching opportunities to address their performance prior to their departure. During these conversations we encourage open dialogue and we value the outcomes when we support an employee in realigning with our expectations.
