      Depending on the teams - good team work Colleagues are smart and hardworking Exposure to large breadth of work Opportunities to move between departments and diversify work experience Autonomy over work

      Makework by management team as leadership direction frequently changes Reorgs happen every 6 months with little rational. 3 months later when teams are not working in a coordinated way (because was not provided clear direction on what changed and expectations what outcomes are wanted by the reorg ), the solution is another reorg? Optics matters Teams are overworked Underpaid and under appreciated

      Pros

      You get to meet a few people while you are at the storage place. If you don't like working where you have to talk to a lot of people, then this is perfect, because you can work your route alone.

      Cons

      When you get a complaint, it's like you just didn't deliver 6 1/2 papers. And don't get me started on when you get wet paper complaint. Also, it does sometimes get lonely, even if you like working alone.
