Great team to work with! I learned a lot and felt like the project managers really cared!

I can't think of any cons to working here.

• Good and responsive IT support • Decent pay and okay benefits • Opportunity to work on large, high profile projects • Exposure to industry systems and processes

• Workload could become overwhelming at times • Work life balance depended heavily on the project and management team • Responsibilities sometimes expanded beyond the original role scope • Communication and ownership of tasks could be unclear • Very siloed work environment with limited teamwork or collaboration • Limited guides or direction on internal contacts and where to go for support • Asking questions or reaching out to the wrong person could sometimes be met with unprofessional or dismissive responses • Large corporate environment could feel disconnected depending on the team • Fast paced environment with high expectations
