      Upper management has no clue what the real issues are with the organization. Work life balance is so-so, but no matter how much you put in or well you do it's MORE MORE MORE.

      Pros

      Great place to get your foot in the door. Loved working with both maintenance supervisors I worked for. Learned a lot in a short time at a smaller shop

      Upper management is very reluctant to promote you. Got the runaround despite my immediate managers and district manager pulling for me.
