Quite a bit of pressure before major releases

Working here has given me the chance to learn how things work instead of just fixing bugs all the time. I have exposure to real systems – Oracle, SQL, ERP logic, reporting. Managers are willing to explain things, sometimes more than once. Support and collaboration are top priorities.
