Thank you for sharing these comments. We genuinely regret that your experience at Plexxis did not meet your expectations. Critical feedback is valuable as it generates internal discussion aimed at improving all aspects of the work environment.
With respect to new employees on probation, we appreciate that Plexxis standards are extraordinarily high. For this reason in particular, our approach is to take the required time to teach, challenge, guide and support individuals with a shared aspiration of meeting or exceeding those standards. It is unfortunate that you view all this effort being directed at nothing more than seeking an excuse to “show them then the door”. We trust you might agree that such a strategy is counter-intuitive and an enormous waste of everyone’s valuable time.
You made a number of remarks “framed” as positives but clearly, these further reflect your negative impression of our team members, and, with such impressions being entirely personal, our comments in this forum would be rather pointless.
Our best recommendation for candidates interested in pursuing a successful and fulfilling career at Plexxis, is to make their own determination by asking to meet any number of Plexxis members [at any level] during the hiring process. We’re confident that candidates will not find a single “fake smile”, rather, a wide cross section of determined, honest, talented and genuine folks who are more than happy to share their personal experiences – all aimed at ensuring a perfect fit for the Plexxis culture. In fact, we encourage every candidate to judge for themselves and will provide every opportunity for a healthy and positive exchange.
Finally – We understand that “perception is reality” and in this respect, we will continue to aim at always doing better, particularly when provided with genuine constructive criticism.
