      Upper management is not supportive when required and adds to the confusion. Not enough support staff to complete complicated projects.

      Working here was good at one point

      Cons

      Culture has changed drastically at the company. Leadership no longer cares about the people at the company and only focus on the finances/budgets and throwing more load onto the team members. The culture is now cold, changing fast, pushy, and it no longer reflects what we were even 2-3 years ago
