Commission can be hard to hit depending on what type of store you work in and how many employees there are. Vacation is earned by the hours you work. Still have to pay for benefits, the company does not pay for them. Upper management is completely focused on sales and does not care if things are falling apart operationally or about customer service. There's a lot to keep up on for a minimum wage job, constantly working when not actually on the clock, so there's not a very good work life balance.
