Pros
Co workers are the only good thing about working there. Occasionally there are incentives but you will only win if you work at one of the higher sales stores
Cons
Commission is never correct, you have to spend hours at the end of the month going trough all your sales to make sure you’re getting paid correctly. It seems like it is done on purpose so the company can keep your commissions. If you don’t hit the minimum true for sales you don’t get paid for any of your sales for the month. They base pay is low You are pressured to hit a ridiculous amount of targets every month and they fire people constantly. If you like worrying about your job, always being told to sell more and dealing with angry customers for hours this is the place for you. You frequently are scheduled alone which is also very comforting when you are alone in a store with angry or unstable customers. Breaks are unheard of. Bullying is frequent and it’s a miserable place to work.
