Cons
Unsafe work environment (unable to lock doors), forced to use a power tool to cut locks (blades given shred and broke), no maintenance so you will be doing it all, you have to find your own vendors for lawn, oil, snow, etc for them to use one of their own that can't handle the work. They push for online auctions, the units almost never sell, then sit for over 6 months waiting for approval to have a company remove. They want you to put in service requests, but ignore them. They want to "save" people from moving out, but increase rents by 75% or more. They charge your customers for moving out with no notice. They charge credit cards on file (not autopay) if you are 4 days past due. They rely on digital communication. They do not give ample time for people to update their Insurance - they give 6 days notice and then charge. They buy so many facilities that they don't care about training correctly. They only need a body because they have virtual managers that can do everything. Evil people making decisions. I quote, "let her not pay her rent, send her to collections, and let's see her try to get a loan" when referring to a student that moved out on the day rent dropped. (Longer story to it). No morals. No core values. Disgusting company that should be shut down for some many reasons. Benefit packages are awful too.
