Pros
1/ As you'd guess, the company is dedicated to mental health and well-being! As an ex-employee, I appreciated being part of an organization that contributes positively to the field of psychology and helps individuals access mental health resources.
2/ The company fosters a flexible work environment, allowing employees to maintain a good work-life balance. This flexibility might include (depending on your role) options for remote work or flexible hours.
3/ PT does really value the growth of its employees. There are ample opportunities for professional development, including workshops, training sessions, and support for pursuing further education or certifications in the field.
Cons
1/ One of the "cons" was the occasional challenges in communication between different teams or departments.
2/ Depending on the department or role, there might be periods of high workload variability. This resulted in some employees --myself included-- feeling overwhelmed during peak times while experiencing slower periods during off-peak seasons.
