Pay is not always quick or even two weeks, contact person doesn't tell you everything you need to know, you'll get a ton of redundant text, emails about the same thing and might not get a call back about a question such as payment issues. Fail to tell you setting up an account to receive payments means giving up some of your pay to a third party for processing the payments received for working.
