Pros
Seems* like a good viable part-time opportunity.
Cons
Very bad communication to teachers. Zero communication on what is expected from teachers. Teachers are rated, but have no idea what the questions are. The parents hover over the kids and blurt out the answers which is distracting for the other students. Some of the kids don't want to be there and are literally crying in the class and probably give a bad rating in consequence. After working a month and never missing a class, always being there on time and on standby, achieving ratings of 4.70 and higher, I was fired 30 minutes before starting my week. It was a very disappointing experience and really I just feel like a giant failure after this experience. I tried so hard to do a good job, that is what hurts the most.
