Company is investing in technology innovations, which is good to see. In-office team is fun, friendly people.
Cons
Onboarding process is atrocious, some of the middle managers are rude and condescending, and some teams are very disorganized.

We’re thankful for your feedback. We agree that our people make TeamRLD a powerful message internally and are excited about the new technologies we branch into.
Both of the concerns you mentioned are focus areas planned for this year. We are working to ensure that our onboarding experience is welcoming while also ensuring that no matter where someone joins us from, they receive the tools and information they need to feel supported. Additionally, we will have leadership courses coming up with the goal of ensuring that all leaders are equipped to support and inspire their teams. In the meantime, we suggest leaning on your HR People Partner for assistance navigating any concerns you might be having with a manager.
Work that directly contributes to safer care and better patient outcomes.
Strong sense of purpose—you can see how what you do impacts real people.
Passionate, mission-driven colleagues across the organization.
Opportunity to shape how we support healthcare systems at a critical time.
Growing commitment to aligning with customer realities and reducing complexity.
Cons
Pace of change is high and can create ambiguity at times.
Processes, internal alignment, and ways of working are still evolving.
Requires proactive communication and ownership to navigate effectively.

Thank you for your contribution to TeamRLD and for your thoughtful review. We're so glad to hear you also find our mission to be a meaningful one, and we thank you for your advice moving forward.
We’re proud to have teammates like you contributing to safer healthcare, and we look forward to many more milestones ahead.
Good team, lots of experienced/smart and helpful folks.
Cons
Pay has fallen way behind market, and constant promises to fix it have gone nowhere for over a year and a half. Promotion raises and new hires means there's serious pay-inequality for folks who made the company so successful in the first place. Parent company (RLDatix) is pushing a ton of major changes and hiring.
