Poor management - Sales Associate RONA Employee Review

They ask you to buy Steel toe shoes and confirming the amount upto $100 will be reimbursed to you but they never tells you that you have to spend atleast 90days with them to get that and always plans to fire you since you are the part time employee. Force you yo come for work even if you are not well which is clearly a voilation of WHIMS policies. No fix number of hours will be given to you. Also this is for Rona east store.
