      The people- there is a lot of people in Rona that care. You can build some great relationships

      Cons

      Retail- not normal hours - sun up to sun down and weekends. Customers can be difficult not knowing the intricacies of what involved in home trades(they watch too much hgtv and get a biased sense of reality)
