Lowe's was a purpose driven company that did the right thing for customers and employees.
Cons
Was once a great company with a great culture. It all changed after the RONA acquisition. The company has turned into RONA 2.0. Lowe's head office employees are losing their jobs so that Quebec employees get to keep their jobs. It's unfortunate as a lot of talent is being driven out of the company. RONA leaders do no uphold the same values and integrity that Lowe's leaders had.
