Pros
Every employee gets a bike. In general, the people at Rad Power Bikes are great and want to work hard and have fun doing so.
Cons
You're expected to flex out of your role but upper management will never flex for you. There is very little opportunity for career growth, although it is continuously promised to you. Poor compensation package compared to similar companies.
