      Pros

      The people I worked with were great.

      Cons

      They care more about a owing invoice from 2017 than a client who would currently like to get some printing done. Management would check in so often it impeded our work. I was hired as a graphic designer but my job slowly devolved into a sales person. Pay was garbage.

      If you’re starting off in b2b sales, this is the best place to learn and grow. Lots of growth opportunities due to owners vision.

      Pros

      1. Great place to start off your career. 2. Management is really supportive and will help you with things you are having trouble with. 3. Training structure is good but can be better. 4. Upskilling at its best. I didn’t know sales, But now I do sales and learnt multiple other skills.

      Cons

      1. Training can be better. Especially when it comes to product knowledge and things Rayacom does. 2. Sometimes you are doing more than you are required to do.
