I wouldn't recommend working here to anyone - its beyond chaotic and there is no transparency. The turnover is worse than anywhere I have ever worked and the senior staff are in complete denial about being the problem. Even the clients seem unhappy to be working with this company. It's very bizarre. The company is led by a small team of senior leaders who have NO idea what they are doing...they treat their staff terribly and their communication is atrocious. The staff are overworked, underpaid and morale is really, really sad - if you try and share any feedback with senior leadership its completely shut down or ignored. It's very much "my way or the highway" and someone either quits or gets fired basically every week. They push their "core values" as a way to recruit, but once you work there you won't see them in action anywhere.
