1)Unprofessional Management. 2)If your shift is over and other guard isn't on site, there is no one to assist you. 3)Recruiters will hire such unprofessional staff that lack punctuality, honesty, and communication with their fellow staff. 4) Will push you to do 16 or 18 hours shifts when no one shows up. 5) Will exploit you if you do not know your rights. 6) No room for growth. They will promote people who does not care about work. 7) They does not realize the work of their staff if someone is doing better or not. 8) Pay rate remains same even after years of service.
