      Flexible schedule, good pay (AMR engineering), supportive management in engineering

      Cons

      Getting hammered by tariffs; went through multiple rounds of layoffs in 2025 amounting to about 1/3 of the workforce being cut. Moving some production to US (Milwaukee)

      Pros

      Great environment with focus on culture building. Projects are laid out well so no hectic schedules. Great work-life balance. A lot of veterans who you can learn from.

      Cons

      Sometimes difficult due to teams that are outside of US so sometimes could be slow while waiting for other teams to report back.
