Decent pay, good benefits, commission, score card payout,

Schedule bidding quarterly, toxic management and upper management, not much opportunity for growth, no guarantees on what shift you'd get next round of bidding, high stress environment, anxiety inducing, example of toxicity: got pulled into a manager meeting and got a coach back because of a few different calls that got reviewed, first call cancelled an account no save offer as they'd already called to cancel it MONTHS ago and it was NOTATED, second call technical issues preventing CTN from being ported in from another company wasn't working, I opened a new CTN and cancelled the first line as it was now extra, but I didnt attempt to save it from being cancelled
