The free training program they offer is a fantastic, with an amazing and knowledgeable instructor - we had Gabby.
Cons
After completing my PSW certification successfully there was limited support, training or structure in order to do the job well. You are required to do a certain number of hours as a return of service - this is where it all went wrong with the issues mentioned above. It was actually costing me money to go to work!
