Terrible place to work - Personal Support Work Psw SE Health Employee Review

In my experience, SE Health is not a supportive or fair employer. Management often prioritizes control over care, showing little respect for PSWs or their well-being. Hours are inconsistent, communication is poor, and raising legitimate concerns is met with silence or retaliation. The company’s public values don’t reflect the reality workers face every day.
