      Pros

      Good benefits and pay. You are able to do this work regardless of if you have a degree or not. The training is great and the job is very important.

      Long hours and hard assignments.

      They offer good health insurance coverage.

      Cons

      Long hours, very unorganized, low wages. The push for Union power but their internal union had not done anything in years but collect fees.
