      Kind coworkers, understanding if time off is needed, LIMS system is nice

      Cons

      Hugely underpaid for the amount of work being done, the health insurance is not amazing, because of the pay offered, affording housing and medical care is difficult.

      Very stable. Really nice people. Management is super nice. I recommend as a place you can build a career. Work / life balance is good too.

      I would say the lower salary but benefits are great.
