Pros
You get a paycheque other than that none to speak of. Wait. Year end party seems to be pretty solid.
Cons
Based on social status, you'll get a bonus regardless if you were a "high performer" or not. Management is too busy grabbing at crumbs in a power struggle of an irrelevant middle management group. Almost 1:2 in terms of management to employee ratio. TOP heavy style is a sunk cost taking away from core processes. Clients suffer. Clique. Can't believe it but very true. Management has too many meetings for no return on investment for the lost time. Old tech, for a tech company it is borderline embarrassing.
