      Great people, shifts are pretty consistent (7 in 7 out, 14 in 14 out). Seems like a pretty stable mine. Pension and benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is lower than pretty much any other mine doing the same work.

      Pros

      The smaller operation gave you an opportunity to get to know everybody which helped generate good ideas and kept information flowing.

      Cons

      The smaller size did limit career progression.

      Pros

      If you are lazy, all you have to do is show up on time and you aren't likely to be disciplined/fired.

      Cons

      Just about everything. Morale sucks. HR sucks. Many people aren't doing anything other than collecting a pay check. NOBODY GAF.
