      Amazing experience and many tenured professionals to learn from. Access to technical information and learning opportunities that provide a whole new perspective than any university courses. Great work culture and friendly coworkers.

      No benefits for interns. No overtime work (depending on position).

      Pros

      Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

      Cons

      High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
