      Good team with capable individuals. Leadership makes good decisions strategically.

      Cons

      Benefits, pay, and stock grants were recently slashed despite earnings beats and favorable stock performance. We are having trouble filling positions for our teams due to this.

      Pros

      Great leadership, strong foundation and moat in the industry, very talented people who genuinely care about changing the space.

      Cons

      Lots of account shuffling and org changes have created imbalance of opportunity, some reps are set up for success some are not. However as you scale this is borderline unavoidable. They have done a great job continuing to listen, follow data, and iterate.
