      Pros

      There are some areas with great managers and decent culture

      Cons

      I was recently re-hired after a 10 year hiatus. SHA has noticeably declined in their on-boarding processes. I was told different information from different staff in my orientation process. Also, there are many more managers than my previous experience 10 years ago.

      Great teamwork with staff. Patient nurse ration is okay but still very heavy at times.

      Cons

      Very short staffed most of the time.

      Its a large organisation with different union. Its help you to keep learning. Salary is average as per industry

      They hire at temp positions and not easily move to permanent
