Pros

A truly special culture - purpose driven, inclusive and adaptive. The organization is growing quickly which naturally brings a lot of change, but leadership is aligned and collaboration is growing daily. The rewards and benefits are best in class and with their scale, new positions, projects and opportunities are being created. For those who love to build, there is plenty of opportunity. One of the best cultures, if not the best, I've ever experienced. The people are fantastic - capable, kind and collaborative. Diverse views are welcomed, and leaders are empowered.

Cons

Still fairly small in Canada and evolving the brand, but trust and intention in where things are headed. Have a little patience for growing pains as the future looks bright.

Pros

Supportive team environment with approachable managers. The role provides great experience handling customer interactions in both English and French. Training is well structured, and colleagues are always willing to help. Overall, a good place to grow customer service skills.

Cons

The workload can be demanding during peak periods, and the role can become repetitive over time. A heavy emphasis on performance metrics, combined with overlapping break and lunch schedules that leave minimal call coverage, creates an unfair workload distribution and significantly increases stress and mental strain for the few representatives left to manage all incoming calls.
