Positive direction overshadowed by return to office mandate - Engineer Semperis Employee Review

The culture is amazing with a very supportive dynamic. I've been given opportunities to grow in and outside of my role. The rate of growth has been a whirwind but very positive.

It has taken awhile for some process and procedures to get it place and can be very frustrating as answers only trickle down from the top.
