Payment Service Officer - Payment Services Officer Service Canada Employee Review

I was hired for payment service officer after long process of background check, reference check, fingerprint etc. I got selected to one of the Ontario`s call centre and I relocated. When I got an offer, I had asked 100 questions about transfer back to my original town. Was promised and assured not to worry, do your training here and after training we will transfer you back. There is a 12 weeks of training which they take 5 to 6 ( 3 to 4hrs long )tests. If you pass those tests over 80% now you can qualify for floor training with coaches ( always in doubts). Then they determine you based on 5 monitored call by Business expertise and can give you errors for small things and fail you. If you are failed 1 or more calls out of 5 calls they will give you action plan, and then they terminate you. During process of deboarding and up to 5 calls monitoring management will constant threatening you to termination during probation in a entire pragraph with one line " We are here to support you." DO NOT GET FOOLED BY SUPPORT. There is no such thing support. If you know how to fake it till make it you will be good otherwise they have no intention to retain you. Out of my team 70% people were let go, and then they will keep posting about same position pools online. Beware of before applying or going through unnecessary stress during your probation. Management will keep stressing you and you will start 2nd guessing about yourself. Service Canada management ruins your self-confidence. There is no guarantee or security of job. There is no retention %, Action plans treated as disciplinary action. 12 weeks of training not useful on the floor. If you are visible minority they will also mistreat you. DO NOT MOVE FROM Original CITY thinking of transferring back or pay lot expenses. I will not recommend to anyone to apply or get this job.
