      Pros

      Compensation is awesome and it is flex. It is the only pros it has right now

      Cons

      - Awful leadership - Not a good culture even like a year ago - They behave their "people" like only "resource". Not more than that. It is awful and you are not more than an "engine" for them. - Extremely stressfull environment with tremendous workload. - Not a good place to learn alot and after some years you find yourself way behind new technologies unless you work in some specific teams.

      Pros

      Remote first culture. If you want freedom of location and a company to truly mean and support it - this is the place.

      Cons

      Constant change. Nothing to hold on to in this role, compensation, KPI's, tools all change every quarter.

      Pros

      High comp and AI forward. One of the few remote places left.

      Cons

      Upper management basically openly disdains the “working class”, and it’s a major jostle among the VP and Director level for currying favor with the CEO. The investment in AI tooling is smart but also the C suite majorly suffers from AI psychosis, it’s embarrassing, actually.
