Pros
Great place to start in the retail/beauty industry. I gained a lot of product and brand knowledge over the years working here. I worked with a lot of amazing people as well. Employee discount and points program is great also!
Cons
The late shifts. I worked the closing shifts 4pm-12am at a midnight location. Especially when it is a holiday or a weekend, the boutique/cosmetics department stays open. Some nights were painfully slow. I found having work/life balance tricky. Also found it extremely difficult to call in sick as it was nearly impossible to find shift coverage.
