Basically, what this job has become. Are any of you managers out there from 2008-2017? It was great back then. Where do I start? No overlaps(unless youre in a boutique) we do our own merching, cycle counts/high risk/low stocks DAILY, minimum 3 instagram reels per WEEK (ideally more) raise more more more money 3x per year for chairty, cant use anything to entice people, but yet, raise thousands as well as plan fun and innovative ways to make them come to these "mingles" as well as book appointments and have various stations set up to now entertain and do makeup, nails, what have you. Except there are no extra hours, so your splh drops. And so on.
