Pros
It used to be the truly best place to work in, but not anymore.
Cons
The company knowingly lied to the entire site in Haifa - we invested two years of particularly hard work in the company's project, with the company bringing in more and more Indian workers with the promise that there was no chance that they would replace us. At the end of the project, we received no response from the company - simply nothing - and two months later it was already clear that the company was closing our entire site and transferring all the work to Indians. All the projects that showed us that "they were already planned for next year" - were deleted in an instant. The management was replaced one by one by managers with a terrible organizational culture - micromanagement in the worst way with a humiliating daily where they tell us why a ticket was back from review again. The employees whose parents are treated even worse - they are forced to work 7 days a week and are forbidden from taking PTOs, even if it is for an important family event. In short - don't come!
