      Sid Lee has a lot of creative talent with an exciting amount of potential. Unfortunately "management" including one of their Montreal partners lacked the ability to harness different perspectives and ideas from their creative teams.

      Cons

      Management has an embarrassing lack of diversity and micromanages rather than encourages and develops the work.
