Pros
Incredible people, and great mentors (depending on your team) Valuable experiences with smaller teams that allow you to have hands on a variety of projects/clients. Nice benefits + perks. They were pretty good with respecting work/life balance, although there wasn't a competitive amount of PTO.
Cons
Acted as a start up, with people having to perform "hybrid" roles. Biggest pain point though is that the pay was not competitive whatsoever. Yearly raises and "bonuses" were laughable ($1K for bonus, 2% raise - not even matching inflation rates).
